Nevada Supreme Court Amends Arbitration and Short Trial Rules

On February 10, 2026, the Nevada Supreme Court issued an order in AKDT 0630 amending the Nevada Arbitration Rules (NAR) and the Nevada Short Trial Rules (NSTR) to comport with Assembly Bill 3 (83rd Session 2025). The court determined that amendment of the NAR and NSTR is warranted.

Governor Joe Lombardo recently announced the resignation of the Honorable Bridget Robb from the Second Judicial District Court, Department 13. Judge Robb will retire February 6, 2026.
